    PDM Solutions is not responsible for any permit application requiremnents imposed by local Building Departments.

    All sales are final and no refunds will be given once the transaction is completed and the product is made available to the Buyer.

    This document and the ideas and designs incorporated herein as an instrument of professional service is the property of Travis E. Hills, not to be used in whole or part, for any other project without the written authorization of Travis E. Hills.

    All Drawings, Specifications, & Work Product of Travis E. Hills for this Project (Product) only shall remain the property of Travis E. Hills
    whether the project is completed or not. Re-use of any instruments of service from Travis E. Hills by the Owner or extensions of this project or any other project without permission from Travis E. Hills shall be at the Owner's risk and the Owner agrees to DEFEND, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS Travis E. Hills from ALL CLAIMS, DAMAGES, AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY'S FEES) arising from such unauthorized use of Travis E. Hills. Instruments of service by the Owner or others acting through the Owner.
