All plans offered are developed based on the Florida Building Code (FBC) 2017 6th Edition, which typically overlaps the International Building Code (IBC).
PDM Solutions is not responsible for any permit application requiremnents imposed by local Building Departments.
All sales are final and no refunds will be given once the transaction is completed and the product is made available to the Buyer.
